User Account & Data Erasure Request

How Data Erasure Works

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policy rules, users of DOBUY Customer App, DOBUY Vendor App, or DOBUY Rider App have full control to request the permanent deletion of their account profile and associated personal data.

Data That Will Be Permanently Purged:

• Personal Profile (Name, Email, Phone Number, Password hash)
• Saved Delivery Addresses & Geolocation Favorites
• Saved Products & Shopping Cart State
• Firebase Push Notification Registration Tokens
• Active Chat History and Support Tickets

Data Retained for Tax & Audit Law:

Financial transaction records, completed B2B order invoices, and tax ledgers are retained for the legally required period per financial auditing laws before automated archiving.
