Yes. The platform is built around your own riders, who you onboard and dispatch yourself.
How are deliveries assigned?
New orders are dispatched to available riders automatically and tracked by GPS. Your admin team can also assign or re-assign a delivery by hand.
How is cash on delivery tracked?
The rider app keeps a daily cash summary, and the rider portal and admin panel reconcile it against the delivered orders.
Can different people have different access?
Yes. The admin panel has roles: super admin, dispatcher and auditor.
Do we also need the customer app?
Only if your customers order through you. The rider side can be used on its own; tell us your setup and we will recommend the apps.
