Running this in Pakistan

How is cash on delivery tracked?
The rider app keeps a daily cash summary, and the rider portal and admin panel reconcile it against the delivered orders.
Can different people have different access?
Yes. The admin panel has roles: super admin, dispatcher and auditor.
Do we also need the customer app?
