Food delivery app for restaurants in Saudi Arabia

Take delivery orders in an app that carries your restaurant’s name, send them to the right branch, and deliver them with your own riders.

When every delivery order belongs to someone else

For many restaurants, delivery has become a large part of the business, yet it runs on platforms the restaurant does not control. The menu layout, the customer’s details and the next promotion are all decided somewhere else.

  • Each branch keeps a separate device for every aggregator, and staff re-key orders for the kitchen.
  • Regular customers order through someone else’s app, so you cannot reach them with your own offers.
  • When a rider is late, the branch has no view of where the order is.

Running it in Saudi Arabia

In Saudi Arabia, the apps run in Arabic and English, with right-to-left screens for Arabic. Customers pay online or in cash on delivery, and each rider’s cash is reconciled in the admin panel. If you use Tadbir ERP, orders, stock and cash collections can sync with it.

Customers can order in Arabic or English, and a branch that is full during the evening rush can switch itself offline for a while instead of turning callers away.

Tadbir ERP is FRESME’s ERP system and covers ZATCA e-invoicing on its side.

Questions buyers ask

Can each branch have its own menu and prices?

Yes. Each branch is set up as its own vendor with its own items, prices and stock, while customers see one brand.

Can we deliver with our own riders?

Yes. Your riders use the rider app to take deliveries, navigate and confirm the handover with a photo and a signature. Orders are assigned automatically, and your team can re-assign them by hand.

Can we keep using delivery aggregators?

Yes. Your own app runs alongside them, and you decide how to promote it to your customers.

Will the app carry our restaurant’s name?

Yes. The customer app shows your logo and colours and is published under your own App Store and Google Play accounts.

How do customers pay?

Online or in cash on delivery. We agree the online payment option with your team during setup.
