Multi-vendor delivery marketplace app in Saudi Arabia

Launch a marketplace where many restaurants and shops sell to your customers, your riders deliver, and you earn a commission on each order.

A marketplace is four products, not one

A delivery marketplace needs a tool for customers, one for vendors, one for riders and one for your own team, and all four have to agree on the same order, the same cash and the same commission.

  • Vendors want to join faster than you can set them up by hand.
  • Commission, rider cash and vendor payouts live in spreadsheets that never quite agree.
  • Building it all from scratch needs a development team before the first order arrives.

How a typical order runs

  1. Customer App

    The customer picks a vendor

Browses the vendors near them, orders and pays online or on delivery.

  2. Vendor App

    The vendor prepares

The vendor gets an alert, accepts the order and marks it ready.

  3. Rider App

    Your rider delivers

The order goes to an available rider and is tracked to the door.

  4. Admin Panel

    You take your commission

The admin panel records the commission and queues the vendor’s payout for approval.

Running it in Saudi Arabia

In Saudi Arabia, the apps run in Arabic and English, with right-to-left screens for Arabic. Customers pay online or in cash on delivery, and each rider’s cash is reconciled in the admin panel. If you use Tadbir ERP, orders, stock and cash collections can sync with it.

Customers browse in Arabic or English, pay online or in cash, and vendors are settled through payouts you approve.

Tadbir ERP is FRESME’s ERP system and covers ZATCA e-invoicing on its side.

Questions buyers ask

How do we earn from the marketplace?

You set commissions in the admin panel. Each order records the commission, and vendor payouts are approved from the same panel.

Can vendors manage their own menus and stock?

Yes. Each vendor runs its own items, prices and stock from the vendor app or the vendor portal.

Who delivers the orders?

Your riders, with the rider app. Orders go to available riders automatically, and your team can assign or re-assign them by hand.

Can we start with one category and add more later?

Yes. You can start with food, for example, and add grocery or retail vendors on the same platform later.

Is the marketplace under our brand?

Yes. Your name, logo and colours on every app, and the mobile apps are published under your own store accounts.
