These terms apply when you use dobuy.pk or contact us about the DOBUY platform. They also explain which terms apply when you use a DOBUY app.

Who we are

dobuy.pk is the website of DOBUY, delivery and multi-vendor commerce technology built and run by FRESME. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the FRESME company named below.

DOBUY is a product of Fast Resource & Management Enterprises (FRESME) (Reg. 0989033-5, NTN 3277876175327), S-6, Second Floor, Gulberg Centre, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan, which operates this site and issues our invoices.

What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website, including its pages, our demo and contact forms, and any information you send us through them. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

They do not replace:

  • the agreement between FRESME and a business that licenses DOBUY (see below);
  • the terms of an app that a business runs on DOBUY technology;
  • our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

For businesses

Information on this site about DOBUY’s apps, features and services is a general description. It is not a binding offer and does not create a contract. Screens shown on the site are illustrations with sample data.

Proposals, prices and timelines are set out in writing for each business. A business’s use of the DOBUY platform, including licence, set-up, hosting, support, fees and data processing, is governed only by its separate signed agreement with FRESME. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

If you use a DOBUY app

A business that runs its own platform on DOBUY technology sets the terms for its customers, vendors and riders, and is responsible for its products, prices, deliveries and customer service. FRESME provides the technology behind it.

For the DOBUY-branded apps, FRESME sets the terms. When you use them:

  • keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account;
  • give accurate information, including addresses, product listings, prices and identity details;
  • vendors are responsible for the products they list, their quality, prices and availability;
  • riders must follow the order steps in the app, including pickup, delivery and proof of delivery, and handle cash collected on delivery as agreed;
  • do not misuse the platform, for example with fake orders, false listings, manipulated location data, or attempts to access accounts or admin tools you are not allowed to use.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put other users at risk.

You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time: see data deletion.

Using this website

Please do not:

  • use the site or its forms to send spam, false information or harmful code;
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
  • copy, scrape or reuse the site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Intellectual property

DOBUY and FRESME, their names, logos and designs, and the screens and content on this site belong to FRESME or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference; any other use needs our written permission. The DOBUY software is licensed to businesses only under their agreements with FRESME, and nothing on this site grants a licence to it.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, and we do not promise that it will always be available, complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
