Grocery delivery app for supermarkets

Let customers fill a basket from your shelves on their phone or computer, then have it picked, packed and delivered by your own team.

When the basket is big and the shelf keeps changing

A grocery order is not one dish. It is twenty or thirty items, some of them gone by the time someone starts picking. Phone and WhatsApp orders make it harder, because nobody can see what is actually on the shelf.

  • Customers order items the branch ran out of an hour ago, and someone has to call them back.
  • Orders arrive by phone, chat and at the counter at once, with no single queue.
  • Cash comes back from riders at the end of the day with no clear link to the orders it belongs to.

Questions buyers ask

How do customers see what is in stock?

Each branch keeps its own items, prices and stock. When an item runs out, the branch switches it off and customers no longer see it as available.

Can several branches run under one app?

Yes. Each branch or partner store is set up as its own vendor with its own range and stock, while customers see one brand.

Can customers order from a website as well as the app?

Yes. The buyer website works on the same catalogue and the same orders as the customer app.

How is cash from riders tracked?

The rider app keeps a daily cash summary, and the admin panel reconciles each rider’s cash against the orders delivered.

Can it connect to our ERP?

Orders, stock and cash collections can sync with Tadbir ERP, FRESME’s ERP system. Other systems can be discussed during discovery.
