Installation management and technician scheduling software in the UK
Book installation appointments by district and time slot, let technicians accept jobs from a phone, and see every on-site step recorded.

When installers are scheduled by phone call
If you sell products that need fitting, such as appliances, windows, kitchens or air conditioners, the sale ends with an appointment. Booked by phone, that appointment is easy to double-book and hard to follow.
- Customers are called back to agree a day, and the technician hears about changes by message.
- Nobody can say whether a technician has left, arrived or started, so customers phone to ask.
- A job can start before the product has been delivered, and the handover rests on a signature or a promise.

Questions buyers ask
Who is this for?
Businesses that sell or make products that need fitting: appliances, windows and glass, kitchens, furniture, air conditioners. Installers can be your own staff or independent technicians.
Do technicians need to install an app?
No. The installer portal is web-based and phone-first, so it works in the phone’s browser.
Can an installation start before the product is delivered?
No. A job can start only after delivery has been recorded.
How is the handover confirmed?
With a one-time code sent on WhatsApp from the technician to the customer. A code locks after five wrong attempts.
What happens when something goes wrong on site?
Exceptions are recorded as cases that we set up to your own rules together with your team.
