Selling products made to size means an order is only as good as its measurements and its price. Both usually pass through chats, calls and spreadsheets before the factory sees them.

Running it in Saudi Arabia
In Saudi Arabia, the apps run in Arabic and English, with right-to-left screens for Arabic. Customers pay online or in cash on delivery, and each rider’s cash is reconciled in the admin panel. If you use Tadbir ERP, orders, stock and cash collections can sync with it.
Customers configure and order in Arabic with right-to-left screens, or in English.
In Saudi Arabia customers can pay online (including mada), and each order gets a bilingual VAT invoice with the ZATCA QR code. Tadbir ERP is FRESME’s ERP system and covers ZATCA e-invoicing on its side.

Can customers compare prices from several manufacturers?
Yes. Offers appear anonymously as Manufacturer A, B and C with price, ready date and rating, and the customer picks one.
How are wrong measurements avoided?
Sizes are checked against each manufacturer’s limits, a measuring guide video is available, and customers can book an on-site measuring visit.
Do manufacturers need to install anything?
No. Each manufacturer works in a web portal on any device.
Can the configurator be set up for our products?
