Running this in Saudi Arabia
In Saudi Arabia the apps run in Arabic with right-to-left screens, and in English. Customers pay online (including mada) or cash on delivery, and each rider’s cash is reconciled in the admin panel. Each order gets a bilingual VAT invoice with the ZATCA QR code. Orders, stock and cash collections can sync with Tadbir ERP, FRESME’s ERP system, which covers ZATCA e-invoicing on its side.
Brands can be presented to customers in Arabic or English, and a brand whose peak hours are the late evening can go offline on its own schedule.
