In Saudi Arabia the apps run in Arabic with right-to-left screens, and in English. Customers pay online (including mada) or cash on delivery, and each rider’s cash is reconciled in the admin panel. Each order gets a bilingual VAT invoice with the ZATCA QR code. Orders, stock and cash collections can sync with Tadbir ERP, FRESME’s ERP system, which covers ZATCA e-invoicing on its side.
Customers order in Arabic, and a branch that is full during the evening rush can switch itself offline for a while instead of turning people away.
